Requirements
Minnesota Veterinary License - active and in good standing
Teamwork mentality and open to collaboration
Open to our Leadership Development Year Long Program to develop not only your business mindset, but also soft skills.
A year long program for Hospital Leadership or people who desire leadership in the future
Starts by visiting the home office in for a few days where you would be involved in training
Weekly meetings for your personal development
Main focus is soft skills, leadership, communication, management styles, how to lead effective meetings, retention skills, financial aspects like how to read a P&L and business focused-GREAT invaluable information that would stick with you.
For a leader that you would want for instance, is it someone who can read a P&L statement or someone who can read a P&L statement AND lead in a healthy and positive way that has the well rounded soft skills that are so pertinent in today's environment
